If there is no commercial opportunity for fats towards biofuels or oléochimie, fats can be used as fuel. At first they serve to feed the boilers of the production site (Saint Amour 39), in replacement of the gas, the fuel or the electricity.

They can also  be sold to the other industries using this kind of fuel to put on their turbines.
